By registering an account on Clarity Edge (accessible at jpute.vercel.app), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including individual educators, school administrators, and staff members invited to institutional accounts.
Clarity Edge is a school management SaaS platform providing Nigerian private schools with tools for results management, CBT practice, resource libraries, print management, wallet payments, and staff administration.
Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan (Free, Basic, Premium, or School Package). The platform is operated by Clarity Edge (operated by Rasheed Yusuf Olanrewaju).
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at ibnyusuf707@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Accounts are for individual use only. School administrators may invite staff members through the platform's official invite system.
Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed within the platform and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed through Paystack and credited to your platform wallet, from which subscription fees are deducted. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable Nigerian law.
Subscriptions are time-limited (e.g., 30 or 120 days depending on plan). Expired subscriptions automatically revert to the Free tier; no data is deleted.
The School Package subscription covers the institution's primary admin account. Staff members invited by the admin do not require separate paid subscriptions for institutional features.
Educational resources (lesson notes, schemes of work, exam papers) available through the platform are provided for lawful educational purposes only.
Free plan users accessing E-Notes receive a watermarked preview. Full access requires either a paid subscription or a per-resource unlock fee (₦200 per resource).
You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share platform resources outside of their intended educational use without written permission.
You agree not to:
School administrators who input student data (names, scores, class records) are solely responsible for obtaining any required consents from parents or guardians under applicable Nigerian law.
Clarity Edge processes student data strictly on behalf of the subscribing institution and does not use student data for any commercial purpose.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
You may request account deletion from your Settings page. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion, during which you may cancel the request.
After permanent deletion, your data cannot be recovered. Wallet balances remaining at the time of deletion are forfeited and non-refundable.
Platform owner and staff accounts are protected from deletion while active.
Clarity Edge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clarity Edge (operated by Rasheed Yusuf Olanrewaju) and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of data you input into the platform (student records, school information, uploaded files). By uploading content, you grant Clarity Edge a limited licence to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Clarity Edge (operated by Rasheed Yusuf Olanrewaju) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct, without prior notice.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
